She loves the family culture of Matley, and is always keen to plan events to develop that culture. Outside of work, Elesha spends her time sewing, baking and spending time with her husband and daughter.

Outside of work Cindy enjoys being a Grandma to her 4 grandkids and loves being able to be apart of their worlds. Cindy also enjoys exploring the country when not hanging with her family.
