HILTON ARCHER - Executive Assistant/Accountant, Hamilton
Hilton joined the Matley team as an intern in late 2021, before moving into a junior accountant role then later to David Waine's Executive Assistant. He graduated from University of Waikato with a degree in Business Analysis, majoring in economics and finance, and has also completed a diploma in information technology.
JASON WING - Office Manager, Hamilton
Jason joined the Matley team in 2021 and has a background in a variety of different customer service roles. He enjoys building ongoing relationships with clients, and has a great eye for detail and making sure nothing is out of place. Outside of work he is heavily involved in local community theatre, including directing, producing, and acting.
TARA-ANNE PASCOE - Tax Administrator, Hamilton
Originally from South Africa, Tara-Anne and her family moved to New Zealand when Tara-Anne was in her teens. Tara-Anne started out in our Tokoroa office but made the move to Hamilton in January 2019. She loves to travel and meet new people and has a strong background in hospitality.

Elesha has held many roles in Senior Administration in the past and has a great eye for detail and looking out for our clients and staff. She loves the family culture of Matley, and is always keen to plan events to develop that culture. Outside of work, Elesha spends her time sewing, baking and spending time with her husband and daughter.
Georgia Hobden - Trust Administrator, Hamilton
Georgia joined the Matley family in 2022, coming from a background of childcare and customer service. She loves the positive and supportive work environment of Matley, and is fantastic at ensuring our Trust admin is up to date (we love her perfectionist ways)!
She enjoys spending her spare time working on her car, and with her fiancé and their son.
